Delicious Cupcakes :)
Bahan:225 gram tepung terigu3 butir telur
250 ml susu cair
150 gram mentega tawar
300 gram gula pasir
1 sendok teh soda kue
1 sendok the vanilla bubuk atau coklat
½ sendok the garam
Cara membuat:
1. Campur tepung terigu, soda kue, vanilla bubuk dan garam, lalu ayak. Sisihkan.
2. Kocok mentega tawar dan gula pasir selama 3 – 5 menit hingga mengembang, lalu masukkan telur dan susu. Aduk rata.
3. Masukkan campurkan tepung terigu yang sudah diayak sedikit demi sedikit sambil aduk hingga rata.
4. Siapkan cetakan cup cake, alasi tiap cetakan dengan kertas khusus cup cake. Tuangi adonan lalu panggang dalam oven bersuhu 180 derajat Celsius selama 15 menit hingga matang. Angkat lalu dinginkan.
5. Keluarkan dari cetakan lalu sajikan.
